I grew up in the beautiful desert of Tucson, Arizona, giving me an incredible appreciation for the magnificent splendour of nature, and a passionate quest to find the beauty in everything around me. After working at American Online (AOL), I quickly gained an interest in the excitement of the online world. The rapid advancement of technology and innovations developed during this time were quite astounding, and I became fascinated with creating web sites and graphic designing. Shortly afterwards, I discovered many opportunities to work online, which lead me to a company called The Mining Co, which was a new concept of search engines. The Mining Co. was a collaboration of multiple web sites which were maintained and created by individuals from all over the world. The Mining Co. eventually became About.com, which was taken over by The New York Times, and eventually sold to Ask.com, which still owns the company today. During my 14 years working for About.com/The New York Times, I developed and harnessed my skills as a web designer, online writer, blogger and content provider. This work experience eventually lead me to my real passion of creating web sites for individuals and small companies, as well as my career as a professional writer. I consider myself as a perfectionist, and I take a great deal of pride into each and every project from all my clients. I look forward to working with you on your new project.
